    Stainless Staffing provides highly-trained waitstaff for cocktail parties, wedding receptions, seated dinners, corporate meetings, banquets and private parties. Our wait staff are well-trained, experienced, and professional. From set up to clean up, our friendly waitstaff will help make your event a success!

  • Bartender Staff

    Bar staff are carefully selected from referrals and undergo a thorough training in event bartending and private home events.

  • Chef Staff

    Stainless Staffing employs highly-trained and degreed chefs with a variance of backgrounds and experiences. This includes hors d' oeuvres chefs that can assist your catering staff to design, prep and build a delightful collage of passed food for receptions. Combined with wait staff, we set up, help decorate, and leave your location sparkling clean. Our chefs will provide buffet, sit down dinner, desserts, all of which is always presented in pleasing decor (see photo gallery/sample menus).

  • Catering

    Our chefs will serves delicious food with waiting staff at dining tables or will set up a self-serve buffet. The food may be prepared on site or prepared prior and brought to your site, then we will add the finishing touches. We will work with entire theme or color scheme. We specialist in preparing food and making look attractive. We have a full-service business model commonly with event planning included. We will take charge of not only food preparation but also decorations, such as waitstaff, bartering, valet, rentals, table settings, entertainment, logistics of event set up and and even lighting. We aim to satisfy all of our clients senses with food as a focal point. With the correct atmosphere, professional event caterers with our experience can make your event special and memorable.

We are an Event Planing, Catering and Staffing Company serving the DFW Metroplex. Our mission is to relieve our clients of the typical worry and stress associated with planning and/or hosting a successful event. We strive to make you and your guests feel like royalty. We provide a vast array of services for absolutely any occasion. We will provide as little or as much assistance as you need to plan and staff your party. We will send 1 or 20 servers, bartenders and/or chefs. We do everything; set up, decorate, cook, set up buffets, pass appetizers, answer your door, put away coats, bartend, serve, wash dishes, clean up and even check to make sure your bathrooms are clean and well stocked for your guests.

Meet The Owners

Jen and Tim Zymantas have been married for ten years. Jen has a bachelor's degree in Education. Tim has a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Jen has been working either full time or part time as an event planner, server, and bartender in various settings since she was 18. Shortly after they met, Tim became involved in catering and event planning after working as a server and bartender for years to support his college studies. Their combined efforts have enabled them to help hundreds of people plan and organize all kinds of events such as birthday parties, showers, engagement parties, holiday gatherings, company events, and weddings. Meet Our Head Chef

Amily Sauceda is an inspired chef, starting in her mother's kitchen to working with some of the top chefs in the DFW area. She spent several years exploring and developing her own unique dishes proven to satisfy a delicate craving to a monstrous appetite! Amily has established many relationships with returning clientele which accounts for her consistent success in pleasing customers no matter what their taste requires.
